Marketing-plan.
This Marketing-plan regulates the
interrelationship among Partners in the Inmarket project, who
are registered in the partnership structure
(hereinafter referred to as Partners) in accordance to the ''rules", of
the Company - Global Space
of Innovation and Development Inmarket (GSIDI) Inc., and
the necessary actions of the Partners for the
calculation of bonuses (remunerations) in connection with the
movement of goods and services of the Inmarket project.
Partners of Global Space of Innovation and Development Inmarket (GSIDI) Inc. can part take in the following bonus programs:
Partnership structure.
One can become a Partner of the Inmarket
project only by the recommendation of one the registered
Partners (Personal Consultant), writing his login
in the process of registration, or visit the site
www.inmarket.biz making
reference to the Partner as shown in the net of the Internet or
you received it through e-mail (in such a case the system shows
the login automatically). After the completion of registration
changing position in the partnership structure is not possible.
Goods & services. The cost of the access packets for the use of the services of the Inmarket portal and the goods and services of the external and internal Market of Inmarket are expressed in monetary equivalent and in points. For the optimization of accounts, the Company adopted Inm as a conditional unit. In order to determine the value of the remuneration of Inm, it is converted into points. A point is the internal conditional unit of the system, expressing the cost of bonus packets access of the Inmarket and the amount payable according to the bonus programs. Points are used for calculating the volume of sale, awarded bonuses and for netting and offsetting accounts among Participants of the project and the Company.
Every sale is said to be completed, only if there is reference to a Partner of the project (see partnership structure) and the accounting center of Inmarket fix the amount on the basis of personal and structural participation of the Partners in the sale. The word sale means any action among the Partners and potential Partners that is accompanied with the acquisition, the extension or changing the status of access to the site www.inmarket.biz, and also their purchase/acquisition goods or services been offered by the Internet-shop Inmarket among themselves.
Status of access. Status of access is determined by the packet chosen and paid for by the Partner (see Packets). The type of access packet determines the program and data ware of the Personal Office of the Partner in the portal www.inmarket.biz. Partnership bonus. Partners with status of access of «Client», «Mini», «Start» or «Business» can participate in this bonus program. Every Partner receives a cell (business position) in the partnership structure of his or her Personal Consultant in the Inmarket on registering. Every cell is appropriated with a unique ID. The cells in this structure are arranged according to binary principle. Partners grow in two directions L (left group) and R (right group).
On registration, the Partners with status of «Client» and «Mini» receive one cell, while Partners with status of access of «Start» and «Business» receive three cells in the partnership structure. Points (see goods and services) are shared equally to all Partners, who are under them in the partnership structure no matter the status of access after a deal has been completed and is shared according to group accumulation volume. Firstly, for one to receive Partnership bonus, one must fulfill the minimum personal volume: there must be a minimum one Partner with paid-up level of access in the L group and a minimum of one Partner with paid-up level of access in the R group (see the section on «Personal Office» - «Group of Partners» - «Personal group»). Partnership bonus of an amount of 20 Inm is shared after fulfilling the group accumulation volume of 240 points (120/120, 90/150 or 150/90) during the accounting period. Accounting period is considered as one calendar week. Every 240 points that has accumulated in the above stated combinations are «summed up» and transferred as 20 Inm into the bonus account. The points that were not up to the required combination are moved forward to the next accounting period and are kept until they meet one of the above stated combinations in the group accumulation volume. The maximum amount that can be paid in one accounting period is:

Access packet "Client" Every Partner with the status of access of «Business» can increase the maximum amount he or she can receive in a week by fulfilling the following volume (for inquiries see Accumulation program): For one to receive 5,000 Inm in a week, he or she must have in the third group 450 business cells and the minimum general volume 500 points in every 1, 2, 3 and 4 groups in a week. For one to receive 10,000 in a week, one must have in the fourth group 450 cells and the minimum general volume 1,000 points in every 1, 2, 3 and 4 groups in a week. Accumulation program.
Accumulation
program is an intergal part of the Partnership bonus
program.
Participants can be Partners having the status of access of «Start» and «Business» and they automatically receive three cells on registration. The first cell (B) is the main cell, the second (B2) and the third (B3) are the accumulating cells. Activation of the third group (under the cell B2 right) takes place after the number of cells in both first and the second (B2 left and B3 right) reaches 450. The fourth accumulation group (under the cell B3 left) is activated after the number of cells in the third group (B2 right) reaches 450. Super bonus.
Partners with
the status of access of «Business» can part take in this
program. Qualification and the value of the «Super bonus», also
depend on the number of Partners with the status of access of
«Business» in the Personal group. The
partnership structure of this program is built on the basis of
classic principle – takes in account only the Partner you
personally invited and their groups of Partners.
«Super bonus» starts counting from the moment it
registers the third Partner with the status of access of
«Business» invited personally by you. At this very moment, this
Partner is designated with the rank of a «Trainee». The Super
bonus is 2.5% of the calculated cost of the registration and the
upgrade of his group of Partners. Every newly personally invited
Partner with the status of access of «Business» raises the rank
and it increases the percentage of the «Super bonus».
The qualifications and the percentage of the «Super bonus» are as shown in the table below: The Partners of Inmarket who have reached the next qualification stage are remunerated with «Super bonus» from the total turnover of their groups of Partners or it is calculated from the difference from the turnover of their groups of Partners who have fulfilled their next qualification volumes. This remuneration takes place automatically at the time of the next sale. The percentage of this program is remunerated from the calculated sum.
The calculated

Office bonus. This bonus is meant for Partners, who have reached the rank of “General Director” or higher level according to the program of “Super bonus”.
It is shared among the Partners in the structures, except those structures that are already receiving “Office bonus”.
The value of this bonus is 1 Inm – for the packet “Client”, 3 Inm – for packet “Mini”, 5 Inm – for packet “Start” and 10 Inm – for packet “Business”. With the increase of level of any packet of status of access by a Partner, the “General Director is remunerated with an amount which is the equivalent of the difference between the cost of “Office bonus” of the former and the chosen new packet. Prize bonus.
Those Partners that have fulfilled the
qualification conditions of the program - Golden bonus can
participate in this program.
Prizes: Senior Director - Computer notebook; (5 certificates of "Business") General Director - Seven days holiday with the group of General Directors on the account of the Company: (10 certificates of "Business") President - Individual round-the-world voyage for two adults and a child on the account of the Company; (10, 000 Inm in the credit account) Shareholder - A Car (35, 000 Inm in the credit account) Golden bonus.
Partners that have reached the rank of
«Director» can participate in this program. Remuneration is done
once in a quarter with all the «depths» of «Directors» in the
partnership structure.
Qualifications and the percentage rate «Golden bonus» are as shown in the table below:
The next qualification rank in this program is appropriated to the Partner, when he or she fulfills the following conditions: Senior Director – Having three Partners in the rank of Directors in different groups General Director – Having six Directors in different groups, three of them must not be less than the rank Senior Directors President – Having nine Directors in different groups, three of them must not be less than the rank Senior Directors. Shareholder – Having twelve Directors in different groups, three of which must not be less than the rank President.
Trading program
In the Тrading program, all registered
Partners of the Inmarket
are participants independent of one's status of access.
All purchases of the Partners in the Shop of Inmarket and the Market of Inmarket is taken into account in the Trading program. Point cost of goods in the Shop of Inmarket is determined by the Company. Point cost of goods or services in Market of Inmarket is determined by the amount of discount as determined by the Manager, offering the goods/products in the Market of Inmarket.
